C++ Driver development for Omron Fins TCP

We need someone to develop a driver to communicate from PC to a Omron CP1L-L14 PLC using the CP1W-CIF41 Ethernet Board. PLC is fully programmed. Our existing application is written in C++ using Qt. But communication with the PLC still doesnt realy work. Read is OK, but write to plc still doesnt work... So we need a driver for using in Qt. We need someone who can develop a driver for the communication from PC to PLC via Omron FINS TCP protocol. We must read and write from/to defined registers in PLC. We need the driver for communication from Windows and Mac OS via Ethernet and should be written in C++ for using in our existing application written in Qt.
