Combine an indicator with a new strategy

I have a pre made Indicator file, It is an EX4 and needs to be decrypted. I do not have the source file as my previous incompetent freelancer is failing to get back to me. I require a knowledgeable & understanding coder, to look over my strategy and complete a functional EA within a few days. The price will be low, This matches my budget and due to the nature of the project is rewarding in itself. The EA will be used not for Forex trading, but for Binary Options. The EA will be coded with a strategy to back test and forward test, Binary Option trades. When all the check are met, I need an expiry time that will show a win/ loss/ consecutive loss counter after successful/ unsuccessful trades. The Expiry time counter will start with 2 options, from the start of the signal to the end of the set amount of time & From the End of the signal bar to the end of the set amount of time. The times used will be - 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour & to the next 00 (standard hourly expiry Please contact me for any details you need, would like to know I am looking for a long term contact,willing to lend his time, understanding and kindness All the Best Lewis S
