Create a function that can read a .apng file, extract each frame and load them into a drawable to perform the animation. For Android API Levels 8 through 18 Create a single activity containing a scrollview, containing a vertical linearlayout. Populate the layout with enough TextViews to fill the screen; each textview should contain random text. Add a button to the top of the view. When the button is clicked: - a function loads an apng (animated PNG) file from disk - this function also loads a .ogg file from disk - Once the two items are loaded, the animated png should be played on-screen, centered, over the textviews (eg as an overlay). The animation may not be a separate activity. The animation should play once from beginning to end. Any transparency or alpha blend channels in the PNG must be supported as well. In transparent or alpha-blended areas of the animation, the user should see the textviews and text behind the animation. At the SAME time, the .ogg sound effect should be played to accompany the animation. You may not use any third party libraries; your code must consist entirely of functions available in the google android API level 8 and up. When the animation has completed it should be removed from the screen. "Terms of payment" Upon awarding the job, a milestone will be created for the "entire" amount owed. Freelancer will hold this money, but none of the milestone will be released until the job is 100% complete. Do not ask for any milestone payments until all the work is 100% finalized. Its important to note, that since Freelancer will hold ALL the funds, you have NO risk of not getting paid as long as the job is done properly and in a timely manner. If this project takes more than 2 days, we need code updates every 2nd day. So on day 2, you send us whatever work you have done, whether complete or not. We just need to see that you have advanced and are dedicated to the work, not just 2 lines of code that signify nothing. In other words we need to make sure that whoever is doing the work, in fact is doing the work.
