Bid/Proposal Tracking Database

This project is comprised of designing and building a application database for me to use to create quotes for my construction company. This application has to be extremly stable, networkable between 4 to 5 people at all times. This is to be the first phase of a larger application so if you perform well i will give you the rest of the work to build it up. I will own the rights and code to the application. You will find alot of usefull information in the downloads, they pretty much spell out what i want to see in the application. Of course input is very welcome. There is a tight timeline on this and it has to be abide. TIME 1. Database outline 3 days 2. Form Design 3 days (must be approved by me) 3. Database programing 5-7 days Please only bid if you -Use some type of messenger to communicate -MUST!!!!! programmer must be online between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM eastern standard time -Have a clear understanding of the specs -MUST!!!! Complete the project in givin timeline -Need to see examples of work -MUST provide daily reports -MUST be only project working on, 8 hours a day 5 days a week, no compromises.
