Hey guys,
I want to create a small application (c,c++,python,java) to show the BMP and PCX file, save it, rotate and color inversion. The trouble is that you CANT use any graphic libraries.
You need to read pixel by pixel, get the color pallete and show the image.
This is quite urgent and my budget is small.
