Business plan for E Marketing / advertising business

Hi I want a business plan to be written for an e-marketing business. A breif Idea what the business would do: Preparing the wesbite for the business Optimising the website for the business Managing the overall advertising and brand creation / awareness campaign of the business which involves selecting the type of media (paper, TV, radio online etc) creating the ad required thru our own contractors. This business will work on agency model as such my business will have agents who will get the customers for us and we will do everthing need and pay the agent a good commission we would also generate warm leads whcih the agents can finanlize. in this case the commission strucutre would be different.
