We are a grassroots social enterprise focused on economic empowerment, philanthropy and personal development for disadvantaged youth and young adults by delivering and developing supplemental educational services on entrepreneurship, innovation,leadership and life [login to view URL] mission is to help every young adult to realize their full potential, give back to their communities,live their lives by design, become self sufficient and fulfill their innate purpose in life. We also own a summer camp that has been operating for the past few years that is a for profit. We are looking for someone to help us create a effective business model /structure . We are thinmkmg of being a hybrid organization meaning we have a portionof our servkces that are non profit and some for for profit. We need you to create a workabke , innovative business model and organizational structure that tells us what legal structure we should have and what portions of the business are non profit or for profit and how to make it all work.
