Purpose is to have a Business Plan for the Belgian Market. There are a few documents attached with the introduction, structure of the business plan, and ideas. There also are a list of statistics files for Belgium (car sales trends, car consumption, car usage...) to use for the Market Study The work will mostly be to: - Provide the Market Study, based on the figures given, and the approach that I will provide - Provide the Sales & Marketing Strategy, based on figures from the Market Study, and the approach I will provide - Provide the Previsionnal (Revenues, Costs, Benefits...) based on the figures from the Sales & Marketing Strategy, and the Resources planning (human resources, technical resources...) Voilà.
