Do some data entry

I have a data analysis task. I need someone to handle automatic text mining out put. The system extracts text, structes it into sentances - and identifies words. The tasks : 1) check if the system was correct or wrong. fix or change or add features and data. 2) understand the articles and tag the proper expected results. 3) help bring new ideas to improve The person who will be hired is expected to be expert in english, understand reading finance articles, be able to learn. It is a long term project. there will be alot of excels to handle and tag. the format and the data is chanagle. I look some one who is quality oriented and not doing quick and sloppy work.
