Calculate check code

Hi, I am a finance professional with over 15 years experience using Excel. I can help with your project. (I believe you may have posted this project twice - but thought I should respond to both). To complete your project, I would like to understand the following: - Do you need to create the corresponding number? Or just find the check code in the number? Either way, it appears that it could be done by creating a formula to combine the digits (first fixed 8 digits 03011404, then adding the check code (or original number) and finally adding the check code. Alternatively, if it is just about finding the check code, given that it always appears to be at the same point in the code (6 digits from digit 9 on), we could set up a formula to do this.
