Convert Our Twitter Followers To Paying Customers

Hey everyone, we currently have about 1500 completley real / targeted followers on our twitter. Everyone says how much they love our product & they do engage with what we post, but no one is buying the product. (Very unique t-shirts) Would like someone to utilize our Twitter account if needed & convert these users to paying (United States) customers.
