Bulk email marketing - 27,000,000 email blast

Hi, I need to send bulk email mostly in USA, UK. We have 27,000,000 emails that must go out within 30 days. The list is Old and hence bounce rate could be high. Here is the plan for 6 days: setup servers 6 days - 2.25 million emails per day (13.5 mil emails total sent) 1 day - change IP addresses 6 days - 2.25 million emails per day (13.5 mil emails total sent) (now the list will be cut in half (15mil emails) due to about 50% bounce rate) Theses emails will go out two more times each 6 days - 2.25 million emails per day (13.5 mil emails total sent) 1 day - change IP addresses 6 days - 2.25 million emails per day (13.5 mil emails total sent) Once this in completed, we will get new servers setup with new IP and set up the REAL members that will begin our newsletter service. (this is not part of the project - will be quoted at the end and depends on number of real subscribers) So in total there will be 4 periods of 6 days. Requirements. 1) Multiple IP/server to be used for each block. Say not more than 25000 emails sent with the same IP. 2) Email should land in Inbox. 3) Analytics/report with open, click, etc. 4) I would prefer to do it (the sending) myself. I WILL TEST THE SERVICE PRIOR TO MAKING ANY MILESTONE AND THE TEST SHOULD BE RUN ON A SMALL RANDOM LIST (10000-50000 emails).
