With some additional information form yourself regarding the size and amount of rooms you would like in the apartment, I am confident I could design you a fantastic modern house that would be suitable to be built in Africa. I would understand the climate and design the building accordingly. If you have a preference to materials I could also provide you with some options. I would produce a floor plan of the building along with a sketchup 3d model to demonstrate how the building would look from the outside. I would create the floor plan in autocad and would issue a few options to you to start a dialogue and to see which style you like best.
