-This Villa is designed in the midst of Valley Area as a weekend home. -The idea was to have all the possible amenities within 7000 sq.ft. built up area as per building regulations. -The Villa is located on a sloping site overlooking at valley area. -The front view having pitch roof is in harmony with surrounding vegetation. -The openness of the plan, Spanish style elevation, and little contemporary touch to the design by providing multilevel decks, infinity pool,landscaped areas and wooden finish creates a perfect balance within its form. -The front space is landscaped to give a fineness to the entire look if the villa. -This two storey mid level entry villa has -Entrance -Verandah with seating , -Living Area, -Multi Level Viewing Decks/Outside Dining Area overlooking at pool on the lower level, -Dining area, -Kitchen attached with enclosed Utility area and a Store Room -It has 4 Bed Rooms with attached Dress and Toilet -The Master Bed Room on the ground floor with attached deck giving a beautiful view of the Infinity Pool, giving it entire privacy from all the other areas on both the floors. -The upper floor has the other three Bed rooms, each with attached dress and toilet and the Family Room with attached toilet. -This provision is given with a thought of having Gym on the first floor. -All the bed rooms are placed in such a way that the privacy is maintained as well as ensuring the valley view. -The servants quarter and the garage is placed on the extreme edge. My freelance projects includes villas, Office interiors and Residential interiors including site visits as well.
