Article on how to write for the web

Hi! We need an article in American English. It should be around 1000 words. Before writing the actual article, we'd like you to propose a list of article sections (similar to what you see below), so that we can add/remove subtopics before the article is written (if needed, obviously). A basic structure for the article can be found below. We'd like to include the points the author makes in the links included. That website in particular can also be extremely good for research. Similar to Wikipedia[1], we'd like to have references to statements made[2].
