blog post syndication and submission

Hello Freelancer! I have about 70 blog posts on an Empower Network blog that are not yet ranking. I need them syndicated in a way that gets me SERP results. I have a team of new bloggers, and could refer more work if I like the results. I'm also interested in outsourcing syndication on 7-10 blog posts every week, on a regular basis. For the future,I am open to outsourcing the writing, and the syndication of the posts. I am an award winning hypnotherapist, and behavioral specialist. My blog topics include positive thinking,personal development,internet marketing,Think and Grow Rich, working online,firing your boss, how the subconscious mind works, beliefs that keep people from making more money,etc. ( Basically mindset and marketing information for home business professionals.)
