I need someone that can create flash banner design for a fortune 500 company. Banner ads must be extremely good an professional, as such banners will be showcased on [url removed, login to view] and bankrate.com. Please only apply if you are able to create such banners. I will likely need 4 to 6 banners each month.

Just to be clear, I will ask the few designer that I like to do a small banner for my client. If I like the banner, I will pay for that banner and then engage the designer to do 2 to 6 banners each month. If I do not like the initial banner design, then I will not proceed with that designer.
