Copy my drupal site

I need to make a copy of my present drupal website. Once copied, you will need to change the name of the copied site and connect it with it's new domain name. My budget for this is between $50.00 to $75.00. This would include: 1. Editing the "name" on the ride side of the site's logo 2. make sure all email notifications being sent from the site displays the new site's name, and anything else that has the original site's name and email address needs to be edited. This is a very very small project because the item listed above is "all" that I want and nothing more for now.
