Prepare shop drawings and construction details for wall panels for a 4 storey multi-residential unit building. Approx. 2,500m2 area of external wall panels. Panels are precast concrete on modular unit size of 3,000x600 face dimension. Require layout of panels around external walls, considering corner details, window and sliding glass door opening locations. Detailing of panels above and below openings, and detailing of prefabricated window modules as directed. Will provide AutoCAD architectural files of project and contractor will be required to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement.
