CAD drawing revisions

I am an environmental engineer and an expert with autocad civil 3d. I can edit your markups, and I've bid as low as possible without knowing the size of this job in an effort to meet your requirements and prove myself for future work. It would be great for me to have jobs like these to do once in a while so I want to get my foot in the door with this project.
