Hi there,
We are an architectural and structural company (S3DA) with plenty of ongoing projects from UK. We are looking for qualified engineers can deliver full package of Building Regulation including calculation, drawings, specification and details. Architectural layouts in DWG format will be available. This is long term job and need high quality work and good communication.
Preferred software for calculation is Etabs and Tedds but other suitable software is acceptable.
Architectural layout could be done in Revit or AutoCAD.
Please provide approximately quote and timescale and sample for the following projects:
- Single story rear extension ( 3 or 6 m)
- Double Story Extension <60 m^2
- Loft conversion
- Basement Extension<100 m^2
- New Builds - Two Story <200 m^2
Please don’t apply if you have no experience in BS standard and Regulation.
