Core Goals
I require the following completed:
1 x Floor Plan fully dimension in mm (standards will be provided)
4 x Elevations
1 x Excavation Plan
1 x SWMP Plan (Storm Water Management Plan)
1 x Roof Plan
2 x Section Plan
OPTIONAL EXTRA - Once Freelancer has completed the CAD drawings, there will be a bonus job to complete a sketchup model, they will be offered this job first over other freelancers.
I can attach my template to show you the line-weights, hatching scale/angle, viewport layouts etc. that I use. This is to simply show you the format I like the elevations drawn in and quality of drawings in general that the plans need to be completed in.
Freelancers will be paid in 3 stages:
Stage 1 - Floor plan signoff
Stage 2 - Section plans signoff
Stage 3 - Remaining drawings signoff
