I am an experience architectural designer working for over 10 years in the residential field. With my many years of working with different building departments I know how to get your construction documents to the city in a timely and efficient manner, taking care of everything from site plan to architectural details. You will do well to view my portfolio to see the level of detail I put into my construction documents. I work with the International Building Code (IBC) on a daily basis for all of my projects, and will be in close contact with city of Troy, Ohio to find out specifically what will be required on your construction documents.
