Hello from Los Angeles! ~10 year music and audio professional here. Commercial composition is a specialty of mine - for this game, I think something "jungle" themed would work great. Instruments such as marimba and kalimba, with lots of tribal drums and percussion to keep it driving! The main menu theme can be similar, although it would probably be a bit more tame than the "action" music - something a bit more cerebral and interesting.. a more "thoughtful" piece. This sounds like an interesting task and I would gladly want to create those two tunes for you. I have an idea for music already, since it's probably not a scary game, but meant for children, it should have a simple, yet catchy melody made of acoustic guitars, some light piano and light percussion, so it wouldn't distract the player from the game itself. Hello, I have a great interest in creating music for games, so I am oozing with ideas. Also, my audio workstation is to professional standard so I can creat a great variety of sounds to make use of for this music. On my tablet I play several games which always put ideas into my head for my own work too, so I have a good idea of what will work etc. the use of the crocodile in the game gives me a better direction in which type of music styles to use, as well as one of two themes incorporated into the pieces.
