Hi, I've completed lots of sound designing work from cartoons to motion picture and I love it. I really like to work on this project, but composing background music is an other thing for this budget. I can understand that you have limited budget for this but my kindly advice is maybe you can buy stock music for this project for the best result. Thank you.
