Audio clip extractions from youtube video clips

This project is to listen to 97 youtube videos (and other audio sources) we provide to find where the speaker says as a particular two or three word phrase. This phrase must be extracted and made into an MP3 audio clip. Up to two audio clips are required from the video clip when the speaker says the phrase more than once. The editing of the audio phrase must be tight and of the highest quality. It should just be of the phrase, no extra words before or after. When the work is completed, the links used should be returned with the audio clips in sequentially-numbered folders. For example: Starting with a folder called "clip-001", it will contain the URL that was provided by us and the two audio clips. The phrase is very easy to recognize and will be made known to the freelancer after selection. Most of the videos are < 5 minutes long.
