Aviation checklists/calls - Audio

I am a pilot and have check rides every six months in a simulator. We are given different emergencies to deal with and have to be able to deal with those emergencies in an accurate and timely manner. I need to know six or seven series of calls off by heart and be able to produce them at will, perfectly under pressure (engine fire/failure etc). I would like the checklists/calls recorded so that I can listen to them on my computer/android phone/iPad Mini over and over again. Since there are two sets of calls in each series (two pilots in the cockpit, Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring or Captain and First Officer). I would like two distinct voices interacting with each other so that it is clear who is making what call. This may be a single person playing the part of two pilots using a different accent for each but ideally I think it might be better to have a man playing one part and a women playing the other. Also it would be good if there was as little background noise as possible and the audio as clear as possible. Finally since there are around six series of calls I would like the calls to be indexed so that I can go straight to a particular series of calls without having to fast forward and rewind. Below is an example of one of the six or seven series of calls. (They will all be about the same length).
