Audio file need of cleaning and transcription

Hi Mark, If you are looking for a finished product that is going to look neat, have a natural "flow", and be easy to read and understand - then look no further! I am a bilingual experienced translator with excellent command of English language, have done a reasonable amount of transcription work in the past. I have a good ear for accents and a fast typing speed, and would certainly be able to transcribe the interview for you to the highest standard. All of the transcriptions are made %100 by me, and not by transcription software. I wouldn't know how to clean up the audio file, but I may be willing to give it a shot transcribing it as it is. Could you please let me know where I can find the file so that I can work out if I can hear everything clearly enough for the transcription? Can do it! I have 10 years of experience in the field, and I edited audio thousands and thousands of times. I am a pianist(have a degree in classic music), composer, arranger and sound editor. For what I understand you are willing to pay $60 for the job, yet I am not interested in more than the $52, so you can create a milestone of $5 and the 47$ after my job is done, or something like that. But, before everything, I would need to hear the sound file, to have an idea of what we are dealing with here. Have a great day!
