Do some Blog Posting

I would like someone to ensure that I have five posts a week for my webiste/blog [login to view URL] The posts ,must be original and if spun they must be proofread for American English as I will spot check all posts. The post topics can include anything related to weight loss and fitness with a target audience of women. The posts should have some SEO optimization including the meta tags, title and keywords in the wordpress plugin and keywords appropriately placed in the blog posts themselves. This will be ongoing job as long as it is done well. I will probably test a few freelancers to see who does the job best and then award them final ongoing deal. Prefer to be in America but open to other freelancers that do good work. Budget listed is weekly - and should be more like $25- 50
