Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and faxing for Account Manager.
• Maintains electronic and hard copy file system.
• Performs data entry and scanning of documents.
• Manages schedule for Security Officers.
• Assists in resolving and scheduling problems.
• Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for office and Account Manager.
• Completes Billings with Account Manager
