design brochure and content for showcasing products for online store for mailing purposes

I have a product website but now want to do some brochure mailing to companies interested in our products. I need someone to design a very sleek, modern, and trendy design. (logo will be supplied and pictures will be supplied upon request as you see fit) The products are in the beauty industry so need someone that has knowledge of creating this and also help choosing content and even writing content if needed. I sell 4 types of brands and want to showcase this in the brochures. I would like to do a 1,2,3 step sort of thing for each brand if possible or how you see fit as a good advertisement as this is your field of work.
