Classified Website Design

We require a classified-ad-type website to be developed. Users should be able to register and post their item for sale. The user will provide specific details pertaining to their item for sale according to predetermined data or categories. The site should be accessible for any user to search without requiring registration. Registration and verification by seller will be mandatory. All postings by seller will require administrative approval prior to becoming active. The site must have a user-friendly layout and be attractive, yet load quickly regardless of internet connection speed. The site owner requires easy access to updating site content, aside from seller postings. The site must have space for advertisements. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux Server
