City Populations of 30-150000 in the USA

I need simple city data compiled for me. I'd like a list of cities in the USA that have populations of 30,000-150,000 people. I'd like it broken down by States with each city of that population listed for that state. I want to be able to copy and paste just the city names, or the population only or both into notepad easily so I can work with the data. I need current data no older than 2005. I don't know where you will find the data, that is why I'm posting this job. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform I'm using windows 7 ultimate on a desktop computer.
