Vibrant video ad creation for Facebook and YouTube Ads

Hi We are looking to create a series for our colour make-up brand. So each montha different colour and new 20 sec video. The concept is a black background panel that says: Love Colour Then fast flashing vibrant colourful images fill the screen one after another for 15 seconds, then we finish on another black panel with animated text of the l logo and brand # message. We will need a vibrant colourful soundtrack also, we will probably sourve this from the Premium Beats or similar. We will start with 'Red' and try this out, if we like your work you will get the next 5 videos, at which point we will negotiate an overall cost. This project is for the first 'Red' one only, we need to find the 'right person' or 'team' to take this forward. Ideally you will have portfolio like this, and have ideas to add.
