Create an Animation from Illustrator Files

Original artwork (see images) in Illustrator in layers – I want to make this animated so that the three ornaments that are boxes come together to stack like in the second image.
Other animation would have snow falling in the background and the other ornaments that are snow flakes have a simple animation where they are slightly moving – back and forth or up and down or ‘blowing in the wind’.
This is meant to be delivered via email, so it needs to be html email friendly and fast loading.
