Animate a Video (photo heads on character bodies)

Looking for a very quick turnaround on a "jib-jab" style animation. This will be 2D animation with real photos as the heads of the characters. The concept of this animation is that 5 VP's from our client's company are being reminded that their National Sales Conference is happening, so they stop whatever they are doing to race to the conference. On the last leg of the "race" they are head to head, as if it's a race (think of the big screen entertainment at baseball games). This video needs to be a minute or less. Our deadline is very tight and this video would need to be back to us by Tuesday, July 12th (at 8am Eastern Time, Ohio). Please only consider this project if you are capable of turning around that quickly. I have uploaded the photos of the VP's, as well as a couple images for inspiration. Here is the script: ///SCRIPT/// Starts off with Mike Berg walking his 2 grey hound dogs and he gets an alert on his smart watch (think Apple Watch), the alert reads: "Formica Sales Awards". He is surprised, and sends out an alert to his 'super team' via smart watch which emits a 'bat signal' which is the Formica "F" (see the red "f" in the folder logo). Amy Gath is jogging and sees the "bat signal" in the sky. She'll run home very quickly, and then magically change in 2 seconds. She will then head downtown via Uber. Mitch Quint will be touring a manufacturing facility in the UK. He gets the alert from Mike Berg on his smart watch and then gets in a plane flying to Cincinnati. Brent Strobel is in his office, adding numbers and counting money. He gets the alert and hops in his car and heads downtown. Jack Gary is at a Cincinnati Reds Baseball Game, he sees the alert in the sky and hops onto the river boat to cross the river to Covington, Kentucky (where the conference is) to head to the awards. Now all 5 charcters are seen on the screen racing towards the entrace of the conference center Have them all arriving about the same time. Flash onto the screen "Who will be the winners?', "It's all been leading up to this!" You can end with no one really winning the race ---- but something like "Are you ready?" and the words 2016 Formica North American Sales Awards ///SCRIPT///
