we need an android code or script which will accept one url of a website(responsive) and will create a app of it.
main features of app:
> if not connected to internet, it will ask to turn on internet
> developer splash screen (we should be able to customise it)
we need all rights and copyrights. fully whitelabel
we have ample time for the developement but i need to award the project asap and need to see some results during first 2-3 days
