The estimate does not include expenses like a phone and cardboard to test on. You will need to provide these in addition to the amount of the bid submitted as well as sending me images and videos taken with your Ricoh Theta. The phone you provide should be the exact same model as the one you will be using for demonstrating this app to your clients. At the beginning of milestone #2 I will need a still image from the camera for example data. At the beginning of milestone #4 I will need a short video from the camera. Multiple videos and still images should be provided in time to bundle them with the app at the end of milestone #4. There are two main points of risk: 1: I will need to directly access frames through a video codec. This might takes some time to get right in this context. 2: Performance might be limited based on both texture generation from video frames and running texture lookups through a transformation algorithm. These are both surmountable, but they will likely take the most time of all the steps of the project. At the end of milestone #1 you should see what the screens should look like. At the end of milestone #2 you should be able to view a static image / scene. At the end of milestone #3 you won't notice a difference, but the internal changes to the way things are rendered will be made. At the end of milestone #4 you should be able to view the example videos.
