Android Developer Needed

Hello, My name is Jay Thomas and I spend most of my days at the office of my law firm. I have a son who is attending class and having major issues with some of his work. I would like to hire someone to possibly do the projects for him. We can discuss pay and wage after we speak privately about the situation. I was recommended I come here by an office assistant of mine. While I do not trust this system very much. I will not give you money up front, we have to build a trust front. You do a project I will pay you for it then. I will not work through any means other then freelancer so do not even attempt to ask me. There is 8 projects in all. Listen, the last guy could not give me a correct project so I am going to make this clear. The project has to be done in eclipse and open in eclipse and be able to be tested in eclipse. I will not milestone you nor upload or pay you until we check the source if you have an issue with that then fine do not bid. My sons education is important I can not play around with developers who do not want to listen and follow certain guidelines. I have a career it is not my job to monitor yours.
