Airport Taxi reservation app User flow: 1. User needs to reserve a taxi at the airport where he/she will be arriving. 2. User registration. - First time users receive promo code for discount on first reservation. 3. User enters the following information: - Flight number - Arrival time (reservation must be made minimum of 1 hour prior to pickup) - Arrival airport 4. User sends reservation. 5. App confirms availability for pickup at the airport and sends confirmation via app and email. 6. App sends user via app and email the following information: - Taxi license plate number - Driver name - Driver contact # - Place for pickup 7. User can confirm when they have landed by clicking a button (that way the taxi service knows they are on time). - User can also change the arrival time if the flight was changed or delayed - User can cancel reservation within 1 hour of pickup 8. User can rate the service once they have been dropped off. Functionality: - Facebook connect for easy registration - Regular registration - Paypal payments - Notifications configuration (email alerts, app alerts, etc) - Account profile - Time limitation for reservation (at least 1 hour before) - Call the taxi service button - User can also change the arrival time if the flight was changed or delayed - User can cancel reservation within 1 hour of pickup - User rating service - User can accumulate points for every reservation done with the app and redeem free rides, discounts on future rides
