I'm looking to get an android app developed that will 'dial-in’ to a virtual PC instance running Win 7. The Win 7 will be running a full screen app that will be controlled by the Android app that will be remoting in. Things to note: 1. This setup will be working on a local LAN, preferably without internet access 2. An 8 inch tablet in landscape mode is the device we need to target the app for. 3. Screen resolution of the Win 7 machine can be as basic as 800x600 to assist in reducing bandwidth requirements. 4. The android app should be full screen and would ideally obfuscate the OS so the user is stopped from accidentally exciting the app 5. Haptic feedback on touch in the app is required 6. UltraVnc Server in conjunction with the bVnc android app gave about 70 percent of the required speed. Splashtop Personal, provided good speed but the internet connection requirement and patchy performance make it unsuitable. In summary, an app as fast as Splashtop without the instability.
