Configuration of AWS EC2 for hosted application (eClinicalWorks) - repost

We are seeking an IT consultant who can assist with an immediate need to: 1. set-up and configure a virtual server on the Amazon Web Services EC2 platform per the technical specs* provided by the software vendor (eClinicalWorks); 2. work with eClinicalWorks technical support as required to install their Electronic Health Record software on the virtual server; 3. assist our company employees with access to the virtual server and the eClinicalWorks application.
