ASP/Windows website, email forms not working properly

Hi Guys,

1) The forms on these pages don't work on my new hosting.

I need you to make the forms work, like they do on my other website, because i know they have worked before.

2) Can you fix up the style of the forms, make them look neat and present well for customers. Maybe add some colour etc...

3) Just above the Enquiry forms, is some text 'Book your Cruise' this is where customers will click on my paypal buy button.

]I need you to also create a nice looking box around the text, including the red coloured text and make it look good, so customers want to buy the cruise on offer.
