Help with Bitcoin Business Model

Hi, coinsbay is a project based in uk, we are working on company website: [login to view URL] The website allow sellers to store bitcoins on coinsbay and create sell ad. The buyer will open trade/ad and obliged to make payment to seller from his own account. To comply with UK, KYC and AML law we verify each user before boarding them to coinsbay. we have following terms for buyers and sellers: 1- Buyer will verify id and a selfie holding his id to signup coinsbay. 2- Seller will create ad with an optional check "Payment document required" so buyer will provide payment document before sending money to seller for coins. 3 - seller can sell 5000 usd without verify account, is this ok ? 4 - seller can sell more then 5k with 20k cap but have to verify id 5 - seller can sell unlimited coins but have to be a company incorporated in uk or outside uk. 6 - we have the tools to verify the AML for sellers. we need someone to comment/correct if something is wrong in our business model.
