The design I want to use is this bootstrap theme, new pages/sections will need to be created such as Profile and Transactions. [login to view URL]
The functionality is similar to xero or wave.
Ability login to the admin panel and view all previous transactions in a table.
The app connects to my bank account once the "update transactions" button is clicked, a username/password is prompted everytime because my bank uses an RSA secureid.
The transactions are then added to the database and table.
When new transaction come through they can be categorised by selecting a category. Categories can be added easily too.
Transactions can be assigned to a customers profile by entering in the customer profile 8 digit number.
Customers can login themselves and see their previous transactions and download previous invoices. If there is no profile yet, one can be created easily by clicking a create profile button.
Once the transaction has been assigned to a customer there is a button to email them an invoice which is automatically generated. I will purchase an invoice design like this [login to view URL]?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=oguzhansek
