You must have experience with QuickBooks. I use QuickBooks. I will provide a complete list of my checking account and credit card account transactions. I will also provide my QuickBooks account. Some of the transaction I will provide you are already entered into QuickBooks. You must enter transactions and ensure that the ending balance of my credit card and checking accounts in QuickBooks equal the ending balances indicated in the information I will provide. You must assign each expense to an expense category and to a vendor according to how each expense was categorized in the past. For each expense, you must enter the bill and pay the bill. You must attach revenues to invoices. If you need help categorizing expenses, I can help. Send me one Excel spreadsheet with all of the transactions that you need help categorizing. I will provide all the answers at once within 24 hours. Note that for some months I take a salary of $500. I also personally put money into the business and take money out of the business frequently. These transactions are with E*Trade Bank, which has my personal account. These transactions affect the Members Draw account. Some of the transaction data I provide will be in Excel (downloaded from my bank's website). Other information will be scanned images of my account statements.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
