Australian Book-keeper Required

I am looking to speak to an Australian Bookkeeper/Accountant to ask them some questions about Australian bookkeeping regulations. This includes asking about the application of GST on various items, such as fuel, food and transport. To gain this understanding, I would require an hour long conversation over Skype. The next part of some task would be some research into different receipt types in Australia. This should take another hour.
