Accountant with movie finance background

Hi,

I am in need of an accountant who has knowledge of the film/movie industry. I'm only looking for freelancers in the U.S. I'm creating a film production company and our model will reflect doing loans against Pre-Sales and financing state tax film credits. You will have to make the assumptions on these numbers and know what the industry rates are, hence why you must have knowledge in this area. All other numbers and assumptions will be provided. Ultimately, this is what will need to be done:

Summary Top Sheet- roles up the 5 year plan annually where we see the revenues (gross revenues less cost of sales) and the operating expenses (salaries, Facilities, computers & telecom, Other espenses)

Then we'd look at the Net Income Before Taxes, deduct taxes to arrive at our net income and then show the cumulative net gain/loss across the 5 years

Detailed Company Pro Forma- breakdown by month of the above

Film Slate- lays out the # of films/year and which kind of film them are A,B,C--when they start production throughout the year and for those films, (the distribution revenues and tax credits) less (the production, financing and distribution costs as well as the profit participations) to arrive at a net profit from films

Financing Structure- (cash before distribution) less profit participation split (equity, gap lender, talent, producers, Momentum)
