Good morning, I can turn this around within your time scale but I have a couple of questions based on the short time available. Do you want support for multiple import formats? Are we looking to use the standard Access import function or do you need a VBA module to read the source file and insert as appropriate, as we are in a hurry we couldn't develop a gui map form for it We would need to use your first option of updating the filename after import. To give you the most flexible output we could have a column called, OutputThisRow and you could create your own queries to update this column, prior to the export. Do this make sense to you? I'll only have time to a create one or two examples. Bye Ian

I have over 20 years professional experience with the MSOffice suite primarily as an analyst/programmer but also as a trainer and course developer. This experience includes but is not limited to integration of the various applications within MSOffice using VBA/macros, VB.net, DBMS and external development platforms. From the outline it appears that most of the requirements specifications have been done.
