Add vehicles to existing car rental reservation system

I have a simple auto reservation system on a car rental web site where I can reserve or block out dates for several vehicles from an admin page. Currently, when a given vehicle is reserved or blocked out, the "reserve" button on the front end is not available and there is a message that states it's not available. I have approximately 5 more vehicles to add to this system. I'll need the same process applied to them.

Classic asp and need it done quickly! Must be able to start immediately.
